Membership
SPIM is a non-profit association, open to all individuals interested — directly or indirectly — in taking part in its activities and mission. It currently brings together over a hundred music researchers and dozens of music enthusiasts. The success and scope of SPIM’s initiatives depend on everyone’s participation: the more people involved, the greater the impact of our collective work. Join us!
By Becoming a Member, You Will…
- Contribute to the realisation of our various activities, all of which are dedicated to fostering, promoting, and disseminating music research;
- Become part of our network of contacts, allowing you to stay up to date with developments in music research in Portugal and beyond;
- Help expand our collective knowledge and expertise, with the possibility of proposing or joining (according to your interests and availability) a working group, thereby contributing to initiatives of real value to the community.
How to Become a Member
After completing the membership form (available at https://forms.gle/zzpfWTX7YpmgEnCb7), please send proof of payment of the annual membership fee to quotas@spimusica.pt.
The annual fees are as follows:
- €20 for student, retired, or unemployed members
- €35 for regular members
- €50 for supporting members
